Refund/Exchange Policy
URBAN LEATHER WEAR strives to ensure your satisfaction with our products. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to return or exchange an item. This policy outlines the guidelines for such actions.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in original, resalable condition. This means they must be unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging (including any dust bags or boxes).
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. URBAN LEATHER WEAR does not currently offer prepaid return labels.
- Items not meeting the above criteria may be subject to denial of return or exchange, at URBAN LEATHER WEAR's discretion.
Quick Strike (QS), limited edition, and brand collaboration products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased in quantities of three or more of the same product may not be eligible for return or exchange. This is at URBAN LEATHER WEAR's discretion.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED AGAINST "SALE AND CUSTOMIZED ITEMS ORDERED WITH CUSTOM SIZE"
PLEASE NOTE: Exchange of products will only be possible if for a mistake you receive a different color of the product from our side. Exchange of products with any alterations made to your desire after the item is shipped will NOT be possible AT ANY COST. In both cases of canceling the order or returning eligible items, the customer will have to bear bank transaction charges of 80$.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations requested after this timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee (80-120$ depending on stage of item production), at URBAN LEATHER WEAR's discretion. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have already been shipped.
Processing Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 15 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
