Customer Help
Frequently Asked Questions
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order? Standard delivery typically takes 10β12 business days. This includes a processing period where our artisans prepare your piece and the actual transit time. You will receive a notification as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We bring Urban Leather Wear to the world. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location, which will be calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number and a link to the carrierβs portal. You can monitor your package’s journey from our hands to your doorstep in real-time.
Leather & Craftsmanship
What kind of leather do you use? We exclusively use Grade-A Full Grain and Top Grain leathers (typically sheepskin, goatskin, or cowhide). Unlike “genuine leather” or bonded scraps, our leather retains the natural strength and texture of the hide, ensuring it lasts for decades.
How is your leather tanned? We prioritize sustainable and traditional methods. Most of our collections use Vegetable Tanning or eco-friendly chrome-tanning processes to achieve rich colors and a soft, supple feel without compromising the environment.
Will my leather jacket stretch? Yes, high-quality leather is a natural material that “breaks in.” Expect your jacket to feel slightly snug at first; it will mold to your body shape within a few wears for a perfect, custom-like fit.
Sizing & Returns
How do I find my perfect fit? Leather doesn’t have much “give,” so sizing is key. Please refer to our Size Guide located on every product page. We recommend measuring your chest and shoulders while wearing a light sweater for the most accurate fit.
What is your return policy? We want you to love your wear. If the fit isn’t right, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 14 days of delivery.

Leather Care Guide: Make it Last a Lifetime
High-quality leather is an investment. If you treat it well, it will develop a beautiful patina and last for decades.
Avoid the Rain: Leather is naturally porous. If you get caught in a downpour, hang your jacket on a padded hanger and let it air dry naturally at room temperature. Never use a heater or hairdryer, as this will crack the leather.
Storage Matters: Use a wide, padded hanger to maintain the shoulder shape. Avoid plastic covers; leather needs to “breathe.” Use a cotton garment bag if storing for long periods.
Spot Cleaning: For minor dirt, use a damp (not soaking) soft cloth. For deeper stains, use a specialized leather cleaner. Always test on a small, hidden area first.
Conditioning: Every 6β12 months, apply a high-quality leather conditioner. This keeps the fibers supple and prevents the natural oils from drying out.
How to Measure: Find Your Perfect Fit
Since leather doesn’t stretch like denim or cotton, getting the initial measurement right is crucial. For the most accurate results, measure over a light shirt.
1. Chest (The Most Important)
Wrap the measuring tape under your armpits and around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape level and your arms down at your sides.
2. Shoulders
Measure from the tip of one shoulder, across your upper back, to the tip of the other shoulder. This ensures the jacket won’t restrict your arm movement.
3. Sleeve Length
Place your hand on your hip (arm slightly bent). Measure from the point of your shoulder down to your wrist bone.
4. Waist
Measure around your natural waistline (usually where your belt sits).
Pro Tip: If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Itβs always easier to wear a light hoodie underneath a slightly larger jacket than to be restricted by one that is too tight.
